National Cash Lenders Agreement Signature Page

Thank you for completing and submitting your application with National Cash Lenders. Carefully READ, PRINT, then SIGN this page and FAX it along with the required verification items shown below, to our processing center, TOLL-FREE 1-877-369-0506, to complete your approval process.

1.   Upon approval, I authorize National Cash Lenders to deposit a cash advance (for my approved amount, which I acknowledge may be less than the amount requested) into my financial institution account, and to withdraw the amount advanced plus the associated fee on the date/s specified on submitted application. I understand and agree the cash advance plus fee is due in full on my next nearest pay date (up to a maximum of 15 days).

2.   I have read, understand  and agree, to all terms, disclosures, and conditions of the National Cash Lenders online agreement, including the pre-authorized ACH/EFT electronic funds transfer of deposits (credits) and ACH/EFT electronic funds transfer withdrawals and/or bank draft (debits) of payment/s.

3.     I acknowledge I have provided my bank routing number and account number for ACH debit and credit transactions and any reasonable verification associated with these transactions. I authorize National Cash Lenders, LLC (NCL/LLC) or our servicer or agent, to initiate ACH debit and credit entries to the Deposit Account provided by me on the loan application  for the payment that comes due with regard to the loan. This authorization becomes effective at the time the loan for which I am applying is made and will remain in full force and effect , for this and all future transactions, until NCL,LLC has received notice of revocation from me.  I may revoke this authorization to effect ACH/EFT debit entries to my account by giving oral or written notice of revocation to NCL,LLC , which to be effective must be received by NCL,LLC no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time, three (3) business days prior to the due date of my loan. However, if I revoke this authorization to effect ACH/EFT entries before the entire balance due is paid in full, I authorize NCL,LLC to prepare and submit one or more checks drawn on my account on or after the date of my loan This authorization to prepare and submit checks on my behalf may not be revoked by me until such time as my balance due is paid in full.

4.   I agree that by submitting completed/ signed   nationalcashlenders.com  internet request forms as a matter of convenience, hereby constitutes the same legal and binding document as providing National Cash Lenders with your personal post dated check, in the amount of the cash advance plus associated fees, for the scheduled and authorized repayment of the cash advance amount that upon approval will be credited by ACH/EFT to your financial institution account.

5.   I agree to maintain an open account in good standing with adequate balance, to ensure all payments and fees are collected by National Cash Lenders in a timely manner on the scheduled due date/s. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR PAYMENT RETURNS TO US AS A NON-PAYMENT FOR ANY REASON, YOUR FEES WILL IMMEDIATELY BE INCREASED TO $30.00 PER $100.00 BORROWED, FOR ANY EXTENSION OF PAYMENT AND LOAN ADVANCE FEE, FOR THAT LOAN AND ALL SUBSEQUENT LOANS.

6.   I understand and agree that if I fail to make repayment/s in full to National Cash Lenders, my delinquent account will be forwarded to collection attorneys for immediate commencement of collection activity to the fullest extent of the law. These additional costs that I will be responsible for include (but are not limited to) arbitration fees, attorney fees, and/or collection fees as awarded in judgment.

7.   I understand and acknowledge this is a binding agreement with all transactions, now, and as requested in the future, and are made pursuant to the Master Cash Advance Agreement, which will remain in effect and continuous on file with National Cash Lenders. All transactions will be deemed to have taken place in the State of Delaware, and governed by the State of Delaware in all aspects thereof, regardless of where I have viewed, accepted, and submitted the online application and agreement.

8. I confirm that I am not currently in bankruptcy proceedings, nor do I plan on filing bankruptcy in the future.

9. I understand, acknowledge and fully agree that, if approved; I will receive a cash advance payable in full on my next nearest payday up to a maximum of 15days,  that this is NOT an installment loan that I can make payments on.

10. National Cash Lenders, LLC. does not service any U.S. Armed Forces members or it's  dependants.  By signing I certify that I nor any of my dependants are in any of the U.S. Armed Forces.

There will be a $25.00, one-time only non-refundable application fee, payable on the submission of the application.  If your application is approved, the application fee will be credited towards the fee on your first loan.
